Gathering fully ripened and ready-to-be-hvested cocoa pods at our Cacau Del Ariari farm.

Freshly harvested cocoa pod is now ripe and ready for processing.

These are freshly harvested cocoa beans that have been extracted from the pod and are now ready for fermentation. The seeds are surrounded by a sweet white pulp known as cocoa fruit.

Once the fermentation process is finished, the beans are spread out under the tropical sun to dry.

Quality inspection is carried out on some sample beans after they have been dried.
